Women aren't all evil, and there's not a lot of people arguing that unless they're Incels or fundamentally religious. As in, they think that being a woman channels he devil or something.

You make a false statement. There is not "I don't want to get married" so therefore "all women are evil."

It's a simple risk / reward calculation.

But reality is reality. If you're going to take those kind of risks you should always assume a gun is loaded and in a fireable state, an assume the opposite.

MGTOW forum is mostly guys getting their frustrations about women out. If your friend is actually an MGTOW, it simply means he has chosen not to marry or cohabitate.

That's it. There's no movement, philosophy, or anything else. It's about recognizing the substantial advantages of singlehood, and the risks of marriage.

Beyond the gender issues at play, MGTOW also frees you from the State. When you choose to get married, a man is subjecting himself to new laws (often biased in women's favor) that he was not subject to previously. There is no gain for men in agreeing to more restrictive laws that risk his losing everything.

MGTOW originated organically out of the overall societal lack of support for men damaged by relationships; usually being divorced, having our children stolen by the state, and lifetime of income/assets destroyed. It has been a positive healing mechanism, as opposed to suicide, homicide, and incarceration; which was even more common before MGTOW.

There is a myth that people can "convert" to MGTOW, but usually men are forced into it out of necessity/desperation. I was already living this way in "survival mode" after my second divorce, before I discovered the MGTOW label.

It's all just a natural reaction to 3rd wave feminism, like self defense. So, basically it's like alcoholism; you have to hit absolute rock bottom, before you suddenly decide that you are valuable and you're life is worth living.

I hope this might clear up some confusion or misconceptions.

What age do you imagine these women being? Young enough to not have lost the ability to pair bond by banging guy after guy, you run the risk of her turning around at 30 and saying she hasn't lived and leaving you to go 'find herself'. Any older, and increasingly so with age, you are dealing with women with serious baggage. Say you do find someone who fits the bill for what you want, say you get temporarily, or even permanently impeded in some way, will she stick around? And even if she did, are there the constant shit tests, the mood swings? I don't know. I'd like to think there's an ideal woman out there but certain deal breakers I have are so common, I doubt finding anyone.

the only reason your post has not been deleted is because this is a MGTOW forum and we believe ( unanimously ) in logical debate in contrast to illogical ones on feminist forums .

i personally believe that AWALT . The system has been biased so hard against men that law itself encourages women to go berserk . thus , in a sense , every women has a shot at being a thot . and leaving you divorce raped is one of the easiest things that women can do after marriage .

the risk far outvalues the return . it would be indeed childish to still believe in NAWALTs , but what can i say . some people just want to learn it the hard way . so be it .

So please, help me to understand if anyone part of MGTOW thinks they would like to be with a female or perhaps try and have a relationship and settle down and get married and choose to have high expectations.

Plenty of us do have sex. Some have girlfriends. You won't find any who will "settle down and get married" and this is mostly because of high expectations.

Do what you want, man. If you choose to get married, we'll be here to pat you on the back and gently tell you "we told you so" when she gets bored and moves on, taking half your shit with her and hitting you with child-support for kids that may or may not actually be yours.
