It's always "toxic masculinity" until there is a crisis. Toxic masculinity doesn't exist, just some men are arseholes like some women are arseholes. I actually consider the concept that toxic masculinity is a problem that should be eliminated to be very hateful. I guess however Marxists always have their useful idiots.

I suspect toxic masculinity is the result of men being taught about women from movies, tv and advertising rather than by their father. Sex sells advertising shows us that women are objects, romantic movies mostly have a guy simping to get the girl. When naive guys try this in the real world, the whole plan falls apart on them. They're young and hormone fueled, their disappointment at doing everything they were told turns to anger and rage at women. Disney was a lie, for men and women, there's no sleeping beauty and there's no prince charming, just a bunch of meat bags running on pleasure, power, instinct and emotion.
