Cool hobbies to get into?

Reframe this question in your head. Instead thanks, what are some cool things I can put effort into?

Weight lifting, learning to write a motorcycle, a serious hiking into the wilderness, hang lighting... All these things are cool because they are the result of effort that you've invested.

Spending money is the easy way. If it's just buying some fancy computer to play games, what have you really done? Buying a $4,000 drone to take a picture of the top of your apartment building? What have you invested? So as far as satisfaction, be weary of any hobby where it's mostly about spending money, and not about a skill or effort that you put into it.

I do music, boating, sailing, biking, motorcycles, kayaking, archery, shooting, sword (rapier and main gauche) .

Almost anything can be a hobby if somebody has enough interest in it. You need to give more details on what sort of things or aspects of things you enjoy, otherwise you will just have a giant list of every possible activity, which is not very useful.

Sports, exercise, art, music, models, video games, tabletop games, programming, hiking, shooting, cars, photography, movies, tv, cooking, woodwork, travel, etc. Any of these can occupy a lifetime, I suggest 3 or so to cycle through.

I'm a huge nerd, so I get a massive kick out of the traditional nerd shit. Magic the gathering, D&D, Video Games, stuff like that!

I also enjoy shooting and want to start collecting firearms!

Invest in a hobby that will give you a good ROI. You can learn how to cook yourself badass meals, you can build your own computers for gaming or hacking, speaking of computers you can teach yourself how to program or hack with the one you currently have, you can become a gym nerd and explore different methods of improving your physique. Seek to do something that will pay off in some way.

So for me I like to have physical hobbies, spiritual hobbies, and social hobbies. Although they tend to to overlap somewhat.

My physical hobbies - walking (I live in a beautiful part of the world), weights, cycling, rock-climbing.

My spiritual hobbies - writing, drawing, meditating.

My social hobbies - Airsoft, basketball.

Just go and choose some bits and see what you like 🙂.

In my depredsion period i built an hut in the garden, restored an old car, fixed my house, built a bbq and a bbq zone to hang out with friends, made a zone for gardening, chickens and for my dog, going to make a space for a pool before summer and a corner for full body training.

here some hobbies i had/still have:

-martial arts

-weight lifting

-programming/coding

-designing(working with photoshop)/ drawing (beeing creative)

-bushcrafting

-reading the bible

-watching youtube videos (educate myself about literally anything i care about. I also like the conspiracy stuff)

-playing videogames

-going out by myself into the woods and listen to audios of youtube videos, i previously downloaded from youtube

-fighting temptations/cleaning up my life

-thinking about relevant things and forming my own opinion, instead of listening to the masses or the mainstream media

Example: i thought alot about homosexuality and came to the conclusion, that its not natural and that its a mental disorder, i have even written down the reasons why i came to that conclusion.

I thought about pumping and dumping women and came to the conclusion that its bs.

I thought about the regular human beeings and how they handle life (how they form opinions and how they react to certain things)

I thought about what i would do/how i would reign over a population, if i were to become a king

Jiu Jitsu, boxing. You don't even have to spar just for exercise alone it's the best.
