The obvious solution to this? Stop making everything gendered so it's no longer a factor in interactions. Accept annoyances and injustices happen to everyone and can only be dealt with effectively on an individual level. But we're not gonna see those days anytime soon. Cancerous feminism has politicized every possible interaction making every slight against women a socially executable offence on the micro and macro level. But I'm with kermy, not my problem.

They’re not wrong. They’re judged like men. The men work cases and add value to the firm by making money for it. The women? Not really. I’ve worked an appalling amount of hours to get where I am. They see the office (instead of their cubicle), the title and parking space and never once does it cross their minds that its due to hard work.

They want “mentoring” but don’t want to work their asses off. They want to twerk their asses up the ladder. Nobody cares. You either earn for the firm OR you don’t.

Mansplaining, has nothing to do with mentoring. It simply means being talked to in a condescending manner when you are already knowledgeable in the subject. Ergo, if she is needing mentoring she can't be 'mansplained' to, because she is admitting ignorance on the subject.

We're trying to combine two separate sjw concepts that don't belong together and I'm shocked how few here picked up on it.
