I love her to pieces and she's been an inspiration to me . However there was this guy at work she would talk about all the time , even when I was 13 or so I thought it was odd how often she talked about this guy and how much more interested she was him than my stepdad . She got sick some years ago and when I was there the guy stopped by to see her a couple of days a week.

i don't know what the situation , I think Cheaters or something was on the TV and mom just bursts out of nowhere ( I'm the only person in the room and she trusts me most of all of her kids) " When I was young my boyfriends ALWAYS thought I was cheating but I never did ... however my mom has told me repeatedly how she was a flirt in her young age .

Then there was my friend from highschool whose girlfriend of 10 years cheated on him and got pregnant , she moved out of her dysfunctional parents house into his parents and lived with him for 5 years she took him on a disney cruise for their 10th anniversary and not 2 months later let him know she was leaving him and expecting her baby daddies child. When I told mom the story she said "Why didn't he marry her after 10 years? Didn't he know what he wanted ? I would have cheated on him too !" . I already was redpilled on her of course she backtracked when I told her that my friends ex came home and told him she was having an other mans baby . FunFact: Baby daddy already had a wife and kids, promised her that he would leave his family for her , then after knocking her up didn't do any of it . Dumb bitches and pathetic men.

I guess the first time I figured it out though was when I broke up with my first girlfriend because she cheated and how much my Mom told me to pray and try to get her back . For what it's worth I hid that she cheated on me for a while and once mom found that out she did switch sides .

My mom was a stupid girl just like all the stupid girls I know today , the difference is My mom was an amazing mom whilst being a stupid girl . They are in no way mutually exclusive from each other.

i definitely do see it. Funny thing is that people use something like this a very common (and weak) shaming tactic "is your mom like that" ... i mean ... i definitely do see many signs of AWALT-ism to this day. I'm just not surprised anymore. It's female nature. It is what it is.

Mine wasn't. Raised me and my brother by herself. Worked past her retirement time and died at an early age. Always showed us the importance of hard work, financial management and strong core values. Never saw her going on a date, looking for relationships or needing man to cover her financial needs.

She was the real empowered independent woman. Hated feminism and any victims of society.

Mine has a tendency of looking for things to be mad at me about. Or fabricating a justifiable reason to scream at me or put her bullshit mood off on me. I still love her. But I also understand my "responsibility" to lead her as a man now that I'm of age (raised by a single mother btw). I also don't delude myself that she will ever respect or "love" me until I'm making substantially more money then her, and providing for her and protecting her with said wealth (at least a portion, which I will btw, because she's my mum). I also understand that my only real "power" in our relationship is the threat of me never speaking to her again.

It sucks. Every now and then she will act maternal towards me, but it's rare. I guess I've learned to accept it.

Oh god. You posted this at a moment when I’m sitting watching the red pill movie thinking about how my mom enacted these same behaviors. Time for a rant.

It took me a while. I believed in the idea of “it’s all about the face” & “sluts are going to slut” since I was 16, but I believed my mom was different.

She was a single mom, that blamed all her past divorce on domestic abuse and lack of financial support. She said my dad was a serial cheater, didn’t work, and beat her.

She remarried a BB in my early teens. He was divorce raped many times, but supreme cuckold. Can’t believe he’d remarry again, especially a woman with a child.

For me it was looking back and realizing the lies as well as regaining a relationship with my dad. I began to see the other side. I realize she was a manipulator. That she wanted to turn me into her ideal man, by trying to make me become everything that she would have wanted in a BB.

It was seeing these patterns. Her way of literally choosing not to live in a separate place so she wouldn’t have to give up possession of “50%” of the home my step dad paid for. Of hearing her say she EARNED it because she was married to my stepdad. Like it was some sort of favor for him.

Even to this day I assume she’s with him because of what’s she’s going to get once he passes away. Massive pension.

It’s sad. I know she’s done good things for me. But I can’t respect her. I literally can’t even look for st her in the eye and smile. I can’t stand her now.

Like they say. Every woman is a bitch, expect my mother. But, she’s a woman too.

Hmm no I wouldn't say my mom is, she's decidedly not a feminist or particularly feminine, but that's just the kind of place she grew up in. Men were men and had to be strong, and women had to be strong as well. They'd starve if they didn't cut off their chicken's head, pluck her and eat her for dinner. She grew up with that sort of background, you know, doing what she had to do to have food in her belly and care for her brothers and sisters.

Later on she got into rock music, horror movies and developed a style I'd describe as tomboy meets goth meets hippy. She was never really interested in typically feminine stuff because her own mother, my nan, wasn't very feminine either as a single mom (my mom's dad had died not long after she was born). So I suppose strong unfeminine women is a thing that runs in the family.

I wouldn't say she's particularly like many other women I've known, she has her faults like anyone but I don't think that she falls into the same shit that the average woman does, she's generally likeable and good to people. Not the most intelligent of people but I don't think anybody who was raised on a farm and didn't learn to read would be, so can't really judge her for that, she's done well learning the last few years simply because she had to.

She's a single mom, my dad was into some weird kinky shit and he's just never been that loyal so she kind of had enough of that. She never asked for money from him, even though she legally could have, even though he was a colossal cunt at the time. Never accused him of shit or tried to ruin his reputation, just got on with what had to be done, raising two kids 90% on her own.

For that, and for not falling into the same entitlement and shitty behaviour of most women, I have to respect her. I think her and certain other women out there keep me grounded with the belief that not every woman is a cunt, just most of them.

I realised when i came into redpill/mgtow but the signs have always been there. She cheated on my dad while i was 10, always nagging my dad, can’t see anything through, made my dad make stupid choices. The list can go on. Mgtow and redpill really gave me the epiphany that my mother was a nawalt. To be honest only reason im still talk to my mother is because she is my mother and would struggle without me. If she could manage without me, I probably cut her off a long time ago. Also she always mentions to me when im gonna get married, i mean you cheated and your gonna preach getting married, seriously stupid.

My mother used to call my brother and I “miracle” babies . . . because she “couldn’t get pregnant”. My Dad was very successful and good looking as a young man. He had plenty of options and I have heard over the years, that he banged alot of broads.

He has always been clear about having never wanting kids. He did his level best to be a great dad, but it wasn’t his gift, so to speak.

It wasn’t until I grew up and heard and saw just how many “miracle” babies seem to happen with a man who is doing well and doesn’t want to be tied down.

I can’t quite view my mother in the same light that I once did. My dad was, not suprisingly, very supportive when I told him I got a vasectomy.

My Mother was a horrible person to my father. My father married a divorced single mother in the early 1960's. He raised my half sister as his own and spoiled her as much as he did to me.

You'd think a woman would be grateful. Nope. She treated him like shit.

You see, she was alpha widowed. My sister's biological father was a chad. He ended up having 4 daughters from 3 different women. He dumped my mother when my sister was around 5 or 6.

My Dad was a great father, and later in life he sorta became red-pilled in a way. When my Mother died of cancer a lot of his former girlfriends started coming out of the woodwork. He visited (and banged) a few of them but had no interest in another wife. He had a good 10 years or so single, 4 of them retired, but then he got terminal cancer also.

Not in the promiscuous sense, but definitely in the solipsistic sense.

So at one point, my old man passed away. But before he passed, he gave me and my brother ownership of the house.

I lived for few years outside the home and do fairly, while my older brother is still living there with with moms.

so few years after passing, she comes up with the idea that I should buy out my brothers part of the house, come live there etc. etc.

So I asked why, should I be inclined to buy him out, there is no benefit and we have no qualms between each other.

She then presented the idea that I could ask him to pay rent if the house if fully mine.

Now comes the joke:

I tell her, Why shouldn't I ask you for that rent you never have paid for in the first place?

After that, Never one mention of this dumb idea again.

Didn't want to belief it, but yeah the females perspective is as cold as solid nitrogen.
