Lizzo mentions eating “greens” and “protein” but she doesn’t mention calories. You can be eating some of the healthiest food on Earth but if you still eat junk food and have too much calories you’re still going to be fat. I know a very vocal feminist that I unfortunately work with who did do whatever she wanted with her body and just had a stroke and is hospitalized as of a few days ago.
