My child's mother lied and I went to jail for domestic violence and wouldnt let me see my kid for a few months. So narcissisitic. She was basically the embodiment of what mgtow warns men about after a breakup , but she wanted joint custody from the beginning. So that's what we have, our custody agreement was actually smooth.She also agreed she wouldn't pursue child support This make me wonder why.

You can still get ordered to pay CS with 50/50 parenting time. I know this based on first-hand experience.

Split custody does not include child support. I'm 85% sure of that.

Friend's ex got visitation. Lied to all her friends that she had joint custody. The only bill she had to pay was 1/2 of his daycare. She stopped paying after a few months. She had plenty of money for online gaming, but none to financially support her child. When called on her failure, she whined that her ex "made more money than she did, so she shouldn't have to pay".
