What about ongoing consent the feminists put in the legal language. The whole encounter must be video taped or a legal rape may have occurred every 5 seconds! You could rape a woman 100 times during the same sexual encounter. That is 2500 years in prison! Outside of that you need your attorney present during copulation.

A few highlights from the article with some thoughts on the logic or lack thereof.

So she's all about consent, but feels odd when asked to provide proof that she's consenting to sexual intercourse. Either she's not a sex-positive as she claims she is or she simply doesn't like the fact that she's now more accountable for her actions. The hamster doesn't like the fact that it can't shift the blame and protect itself from feeling icky, so it momentarily stopped running on its wheel.

"It’s easy to understand why having a record of a sexual partner’s consent would feel important. But the implication is that those in a position of power are the ones who need protection, and that’s just not true."

This is an odd statement all around. She's poisoning the well by suggesting that it is the men who are in the position of power and then using that false supposition to run away with some rather dubious thoughts. I truly logical approach would be to ask who really has the upper hand in this situation. Assuming that the guy is not a rapist, and despite what most feminist want us to believe the vast majority of men or not, then it could easily be argued that the person he's having intercourse with is the one with the power. Thanks to the hysteria whipped up by feminists, women can now claim sexual assault even if they gave consent originally. The #believeher and #metoo movements have put the Accused at the disadvantage and have put due process into serious Jeopardy. It's naive at best, but mostly intentional dishonesty, to claim that the person asking for consent is the one with the power. That person is actually the most vulnerable.

Again, she's making an assertion without any evidence to back it up. We know from statistics and police reports that. Claims of rape and sexual assault are relatively common. The numbers vary based on the jurisdiction, time of year, population involved, Etc. However, false allegations of sexual assault range from 10% to as high as 40 or 50%.

Again, her lack of logical thinking, has resulted in a fallacy. In this case, she's presented the old folks dichotomy fallacy, insisting that there are only two options don't rape and be fine or rape and potentially be accused. Unfortunately, there are multiple other options including rape and nothing happens or, the most worrisome for men, get consent and don't rape but still get accused by a woman who later regrets her actions or simply wants to the exact Revenge.

And here we get to the heart of the matter. Even if you recorded consent video, it isn't going to do much, because the woman is simply going to claim that while she can send it the sex she didn't consent to a particular kind of sex. She'll claim that she only expected you to thrust 100 times and you thrusted a hundred and ten times, thereby violating the balance of her consent and becoming a rapist. She also makes the false claim that consent can be withdrawn at any time. This isn't true. Consent cannot be withdrawn, for instance, after the sexual act is completed. You can't retroactively withdraw consent, but that's precisely what the women want to be able to do. They want to have their cake and eat it too. They want to be able to have sex and also be the victim because being the victim is the popular thing to do. It's like wearing yoga pants and drinking Starbucks was 5 years ago. The new trend is to be a victim and it will eventually give way to something else, but in the meantime thousands if not hundreds of thousands of innocent male lives are being destroyed.
