It's heartbreaking to see a good man die like this, all because his sociopath of a wife used him.

Not just that, but I almost shared the same fate as him. If I hadn't survived, it might have been one of my family members posting the same thing.

To make matters worse, the aunt will probably get the kids/house/everything else. She doesn't deserve to be alive, let alone anything else.

As sad as this is and i can't speak for his mentality, but as a father I'd never leave my son, especially for a woman. Suicide is one of the most selfish acts one can do. So not only has their family been split up, but their father is gone forever. Killing yourself over a chick is ridiculous.

Yeah, he wasted his time writing that. If he wasn't divorced, then his money just goes to his wife most likely. That depends on state law but I believe it is pretty common that any kind of marital asset does not become part of the estate, and thus any instructions he left have no legal power.

Anything solely in his name might become part of his estate, I'm not sure what the laws are around that in most states. Half of the house might or might not become part of the estate, again depending on the law.

Insurance would probably go to the wife as well.

But, IANAL. I did have to deal with my wife's assets when she died, and in my state they basically all became my property without a need for probate, but she didn't own a whole lot in her name only.

Unfortunately a lot of jilted guys will kill themselves in this situation thinking that it's the last hand they have to play to at least punish the woman by making her feel bad for abandoning him. This is projection. Women have an evolved psychological mechanism that allows them to completely release a former lover from their conscience. Famous poet and novelist Charles Bukowski once concisely summed it by penning "Once a woman turns against you, forget it. They can love you, then something turns in them. They can watch you dying in a gutter, run over by a car, and they'll spit on you."

Please, if you are in this situation, the only people you will hurt are the innocent people you love and or yourself. It's a long hard road, but you can get past it if you keep getting support from MGTOW.
