The only one who actually earned her place is Brienne. All of the others where put in a place of power by the circunstances, and made no progress from that. They just talk tough, and are alive due to plot shielding.

You can argue that Arya learned to fight as well, but she's more of a cringeworthy character that tries to project fear into others, only to be shielded by the plot.
