You just said there's beautiful women all around you, so approach them. It's pretty clear to me you haven't read the sidebar, so I'd recommend to you that you read ALL of it. Especially the actual pickup parts. It's never too late to start, and you can take baby steps like talking to random people on the streets. You can even make some new friends that way

Bars/clubs/hobbies. You need to improve your social circle. For most guys, that's going to be the key thing to improving their sex lives.

Your prime years haven't even started. For men they begin at 30.

Cold approaching is a good way to meet women without time investing or risking anything.

On the other hand there is social circle. You take a class or social hobby and you meet girls there. After some time you meet their friends, and you keep expanding the circle.

Go volunteer for something you are interested in. Automatic social circle. Get a night life job on the side (bartender, bouncer), go to church, get on tinder, make friends playing pick up basketball etc. the more people you know, the better off you'll be. If your job prevents you from doing this, take a cold hard look at what is important to you in life.

You either develop a lifestyle that women find fun, learn to not be who you are inside around women, or pay for sex. There's no shame in taking the later option when you don't have the energy or time for the former.

Dance class/dance halls - once you get halfway decent its an activity you can invite girls to and get them warmed up. They'll be trying to close you if you can shuffle your feet without tripping.
Collect as many female friends as you can, see what they like to do and tag along.

Having suffered through something similar, I would say that one thing you are missing is that you have not thought about your problem deeply enough. You are attractive, lift, have a job, can carry on a conversation, yet you aren't meeting women?

The nature of the problem is one of exposure and putting yourself out there. You simply have to find social events and then attend them. They could be private parties, religious gatherings, events at bars, festivals, concerts, etc. etc. etc. Find social events and attend. Go with male friends. Befriend women. Use them all as social proof as a bare minimum. Also experiment with going to them alone. Don't be afraid to strike up conversations. If you feel like the girl is interested, as in multiple IOIs, get her phone number. There is a logistical element to this, where, since you are busy, you may be tired at the end of the day, or suffer from decision overload; so that will be a problem; you will obviously have to "work" to make yourself attend events, otherwise inertia will take over and you will form no social connections.

Besides everything other guys already said here (approach women, go to bars, read the sidebar, post questions on askTRP, etc.), I'd also recommend you to download Tinder and maybe others dating apps too. It doesn't take time or money, and if you actually are attractive and know how to hold a conversation, it can be a fine source of quick and easy lays.

Are you actively approaching and asking them out? If not, you can't really complain. If you are doing that, either your game is off or you are not as attractive as you think you are. Looks > everything.

In some ways I have high SMV because I am conventionally attractive, have a good physique from weights,running and swimming, a high paying job in robotics/AI, am well educated, well read, traveled, dress well, groom well, can carry conversations without being dull, a doormat, etc.

that's not really high SMV. it's more like normal standard stuff for everyone who isn't a complete fuckup.

and don't forget all the big negatives you have that are bringing down your SMV: - no friends - no girls chasing you / lack of abundance - no social life - weak social skills

there are a lot of guys like you. you never learned how to make friends or socialize. all of the friends you've had in the past were people forced to be in regular proximity with you for other reasons (children of your parents' friends, other kids in your neighborhood, classmates, people living in your dorm in college, coworkers, etc). you don't understand that out in the real world, social connections don't just happen, you have to make them happen.

as you get older, it becomes harder to sit back and passively rely on the social environment to create friendships just because people are trapped in the same room as you for several hours a day, 5 days a week.

if you want to stop being a social loser, you need to learn how to approach people, cultivate relationships with them, and develop social connections that aren't based on random proximity. you have to start being active, not passive.

Not sure why you deleted your post but here's my answer:

I'm 33 and I've never partied and socialized more than I'm doing now. Unlike most RP'ers I have no problem with female friends as long as I calibrate my expectations. A girl who isn't bad company can be useful.

I had an acquaintance that I know does cosplay. I'm an amateur photographer and I need to practice. I hit her up and suggested I take some proper photos of her (the ones I'd seen weren't that good). She invited me to a photo model meetup that she's connected to. Met some new girls there, practiced my craft, and got invited to a party by one of her friends afterwards. At that party there were 2 girls who were interested in me and I'm going on a date with one tomorrow.

So you see - you never know what opportunities meeting new people can bring. I talked to one girl and before I knew it I was meeting new people, who in turn can allow me to meet yet new people. In short: networking.

Unlike before, I now actively pursue social events just to meet new people because new people are new opportunities and you never know what that's gonna be.

You have to show up, practice, put forth effort.

Spend some time working from coffee shops to get your cold approach up to speed, interact with women at stores and malls, joining outdoor activities or co-ed teams. In these environments, work on gaining trust and building respect quickly, within a sentence or two for new girls. Get some plates spinning.
