They get to be paid less becuase they actually dont have commitment to any job.. If you have a look around Linkled, men usually have from 5 to 30 years working at the same company..If you look at a typical female job profile, it goes like this job 2 months, that job 8 months, etc..As we know, every time you start working, you start getting base wage..So every time women starts a job, its back to basics again for them..
