I was just thinking of watching this show again. Despite its liberal leanings, it still has a lot of female nature in it exposed. Nip/Tuck will always be one of my favorite shows.

The fact that he turns out to be his BEST FRIEND'S son makes it so hard-hitting. All those years of taking care of him, and it wasn't even his.

And in the long run, he DOES get screwed in the divorce.

This happened to a friend of mine who found out that his son was not his and instead of confronting his wife, he simply left and abandon her. A few years after that I asked his son “ what happened to your father” he started to shit talked about him l and I had to tell him the truth. I told him in exact dialogue. “You really want to know what happened to your father? Well here’s the answer, a few years back your father was having a hard time due to work constraints and when he got home,he had an argument with your mother and out of nowhere when he mentioned about your future...she said that you weren’t his son. And after that he went to a laboratory to check and see and it was true. He left and here was the saddest part of all, he wanted to take you along, because he knew that she was a bitch and whore.” At first he started to deny this and say “ no that’s no true” I had to give him a letter that was written by his “father” and he read it and began to cry. Man that’s a heavy children are the ones who get fucked over along with the fathers. We need to change these laws.

Nip/Tuck was full of Red Pills but I wasn't ready to see them at the time. I just thought it was a damn good show in the beginning and kept watching over the years because it became a challenge to see what fucked up thing Ryan Murphy could write into the show next. Fuck your spoiler warnings, it's been 15 years since it premiered! Standout moments I remember are Famke Jensen as a Transgendered Woman and Christian knowing instantly when he puts his dick in her, Sean's wife fucked Peter Dinklige I think, Hank Schrader killing his wife's dog and giving it to her as she recovers from a boob job because she was using peanut butter on her snatch to have the dog lick it off for her pleasure. Show was dark as fuck and now imma have to go re-watch it.
