For me, marriage laws would have to be abolished. If a man and woman want to get married, they should just have to declare it. Then the divorce would be as simple as a breakup. Alimony and child support (if kids are had) should not exist... At all. The courts can be involved to discuss custody, but no money should be ripped from the father. Or, to appease the feminists, a maximum of $100 a month to help with expenses for the kids.
