You're right, it is physiological and they can't consciously control it.

But it's also correct that women blame perfectly innocent guys for not being "man enough" to get her to come. That he's "selfish" and "doesn't know what women want". That she needs a "real" man to keep her "satisfied".
It's also true that the VAST majority of women go through life never achieving an orgasm ... And its also true that women do masturbate. Yet they cannot consciously come either when they are stimulating their own body.
Now add that to the fact that most women claim that in order to get her to come, you need to hit the G-spot. Stimulating the labia isn't enough, even during masturbation.
Then remember that women are ALWAYS demanding bigger dicks, harder thrusting, rougher pumping, just more more more. The limit does not exist. At least not until it's time to jump on Twitter and cry fakerape for #metoo points a couple of decades later.
Juggle that with the fact that women are always hunting for alphas, badboys, felons, just men who have any type of reputation for being predators or pretty much soulless in general, including pedophiles, drug dealers, physical abusers and yup, rape convicts.
Now add in women's sick disgusting neverending perverted obsession with the concept of rape. Twitter, feminists, fetishists, psychologists, housewives, mothers, anywhere you look it's the ONLY THING women even talk about anymore. They are so obsessed with the fear, the fantasy, the concept that it's never not on their minds. When they talk about dark alleys, they mean rape. When they talk about fashion, they mean rape. When they talk about craving "excitement" and "thrills" and "adventurous" ... They're talking about rape. Women are so disgustingly wanton and depraved with the mere notion that they actually read 50 Shades Of Grey on public transport all over the entire planet with zero shame or dignity or even caring about who could snap their picture and put it on social media advertising their behavior.
And finally, equate all of their constant nonstop "Feminine Mystique" bullshit with what you just said about orgasming while being raped is an unconscious physiological response they can't control.
Along with the fact that 70-80% of females who were ACTUALLY raped and usually terrified or knocked out cold managed to achieve orgasm in police reports and medical statistics.
