28 with a professional career is a very dangerous age for a man. Do you remember being 17 and wondering where all the girls were. Well the 17 years old girls were dating older men. This now acts in reverse, you can date in the 23-30 range whilst 28 year old girls are more in the 30-35 range. Good looking single professional men who are interested in LTR with a view to children are extremely few. The women on the other hand have a narrow window to marry and have children.

Realise that you are on their imperative they are working backwards from child birth date. I.e to have a child by 34 I must marry at 33 engage at 32 and meet the guy in question by 30. It’s like being the last turkey in the butchers just before Christmas. However do you really think they love you or do they need you? Once you have provided what they need marriage children and house they will take another look at you and wonder if they can do better.

BY MY OWN CHOICE. when i was younger i was a solid 7 and could get girls pretty easily but i had a few 1-2 year long periods where i was single, because i wanted to be and i wanted someone of merit instead of cumming to feel good and not lonely like 99% of the human population.

You're 28, good job, salary, etc. Go get an 18-24 year old woman before she goes wild, or one that hasn't hit high single digit N count.

You are the prize, get a young, hot, fertile woman that may still be able to pair bond, and wants to be a wife or whatever you want her to be.

After my 20 year marriage, I used the following to screen women when I was in a relationship with them. Some got indignant and even hostile at this, each relationship ended right after this discussion. It was a key factor in going my own way, I realized that AWALT, and unicorns don't exist.

Think about what kind of relationship you want with a woman, when you date one you like enough, find out what life she wants for her future to see if or how close it matches to yours. DO NOT tell her what you want because she will only lie and chameleon to fit what you want to get you to commit.

This is what my ex-wife did when we were dating, she was perfect, too perfect a match for me. After the wedding, over the first 5 years, she changed to her true self and I should have left, but most things were good, some were still great.

TL;DR, you are the prize, get a younger girl 18-24, if you like her ask her what kind of life does she want for her future, see if it matches what you want from a woman/relationship/future, do not tell her what you want in a woman / relationship or she will pretend to be what you want and change later.
