As fucked up as it is. This is typically true. I've seen women pretend to have children at home, claim they need diapers and so forth to guilt trip strangers into giving them money. Only to the second they get it, run full speed across traffic without looking towards the hood to get another bag. I've seen it happen probably a hundred times. My friend used to work at a gas station nearby he watched one OD and drop dead right in front of him. Gotta imagine that's pretty traumatic

This is fun but... It really is not about who has the better lawyer, the unfairness is written into the family law. The system is about spreading resources evenly without regard to fairness. A good lawyer is one who moves things along quickly. A bad lawyer is one who keeps the struggle going as long as possible so he can remain on the payroll as long as possible. When the money is all gone, compromises will be made.
