Stupid people organizing the sport, do they not realize when you are wrestling a women, you are going to grab her boobs and maybe her crotch?

WTF, it's sexual assault by any other standard, and what guy wants to be doing that on video, when he could be charged with assault later on.

Not to mention that it's patently unfair because the guys may not be as aggressive as they otherwise would be.

As someone who wrestled in high school and wrestled for 10 years, it truly is unfair. I maybe wrestled 20 girls throughout my time and I was 19-1. My one loss came back in third grade and it was one of my first matches ever. In high school there were a couple matches of girls who on paper looked really good, but I didn’t even have to try against them, it’s truly a whole different match when it’s a girl

This is fucking stupid. I wrestle, and no sane wrestler would pull this shit. The girl worked her way up, just like every other guy, fair and square. I’m not saying she necessarily would’ve won, but if she’s good enough to be at state, then she can handle wrestling another guy. She signed up for it and knew she would be wrestling boys.
