I don't quite understand as to why we're not getting more husband's who are deciding to take the "law" into their own hands - especially after having been failed by the courts.

Like you get these embittered employees who have been fired. They just go back to their workplace and shoot the place up, before killing themselves.

If one is going to go to such extreme measures so as to kill themselves, why go out quietly?

There have already been a spate of attacks on judges. Somewhat surprised that ex-wives have gotten off so easily.

It's like that dude who murdered a whole bunch of innocent people after being dumped by his wife(?). Streamed it live too - like killing that old man. And yet here I am thinking that he went after the wrong people.

One of these days, there's going to be a movie that will talk about stuff like this. Almost like Falling Down. Or Natural Born Killers. Where the main protagonist loses it after losing everything. But then there's a plot twist... After spending time in jail, he ends up getting loads of offers from ladies because of his "bad boy" criminal past. Where the "lucky lady" pays for everything - including the nice accommodation. So there's a happy ending of sorts.

In India suicide rates of married men are higher than those of single men.

Arranged even forced marriage culture makes marriages an overwhelmingly negative life destroying experience for a lot of people, also in that culture divorce = ostracised / outcast from your society, even potentially honor killed.
