For Title VII of the Civil Rights act of 1964 to not apply to your business (which allows you to discriminate based on gender, among other things), you need to make sure your company has 14 employees or less. I'd recommend talking to a lawyer though

Don't hire females, interview them, but don't hire them. I'd interview unqualified females who wouldn't be a good fit and interview qualified males and keep records of these interviews.
Don't tell anyone this is your hiring practice.
Don't consult a lawyer, as they could be subpoenaed in court if it ever goes that far

Don't open up positions to the general public. Go out and recruit who you want privately, without having to post job offers or accept applications.

See, if you put out a job search, and accept applications from the public, you can't discriminate on the basis of sex when hiring from those applications. That would be against the law.

But if you take no applications, there's nothing you can discriminate for or against. Civil rights include the right to participate in public affairs and a job posting to the general public is a public affair. Civil rights do not extend to private affairs such as clubs, religions, groups of friends, and so on.

So keep your investment club a private affair; "don't call us; we'll call you."

Able to lift and carry 60 lbs or more
Require a dress code

I'm sure there are plenty of things you can think of, I'm not sure what type of business you're running so those are some ideas.

OP most small businesses are MGTOW in a way. Small businesses can't afford to carry the dead weight 99% of females bring, so they aren't hired.

Nothing wrong with using attorneys for a business plan. However, use hypothetical scenarios and pay them in cash. You don't want any trail of bread crumbs coming back at you in the future. You don't want to be paying attorney fees when they are called into court by some criminal accusation to testify against you.

Friend, if you are asking for a bullet-proof way to hire MGTOW-only, there isn't one, because of feminist infiltration of the courts, all the way from the local justice of the peace to family court to the Supreme Court. Even the UN and World Court have been pussified.

Even if you avoid hiring women and married guys... well sooner or later one or more of your number (employees members etc) will almost certainly "fall off the wagon" so to speak -- get married, shack up with some chick, get some woman pregnant, etc. -- and they may not even tell you, in fact probably won't at least until "after the fact"... and then you'll no longer be 100% MGTOW.

EDIT: Also The vast majority of "advice" in this thread... is going to land your arse in hot water.

depending on what kind of investments you are talking (real estate, stocks, etc.) How you structure the official corporation is huge. Also 1099 all your employees.

Edit: Reading some of your replys, it seems you want to invest in stocks. Do not register as a closed-end fund or an open-ended fund, register as a private hedge fund. If you register as one of the other two you open your ass up to a lot of potential SEC flak.

This may not fit your goals. But have you ever considered of having all your mgtow partners relocate to another country (English speaking) like Phillipines. Seems like most of your business will be handled online. Your cost would be lower while getting it up and running. You can hire local filipina/o's to do task. If you need a body in the US, then perhaps not all your partners want to relocate, they can do the face to face meetings in the U.S. and summarize in Skype or email to the overseas partners.

I don't think you will be breaking any phillipine laws and taking jobs away from Phillipine citizens, in fact if all online, you will be providing jobs.

I know a guy (not mgtow) runs business in US, but has "virtual assistants" located in Asia, do a lot of their work.
