The guys who say that are generally young and have never been married. Most of them are simps hoping their simping will pay off one day (it won't or it will and then they'll really lose) and others are the lucky chads getting their pump&dump on but many of them will fuck up and get married thinking that is what is expected of them and then they'll learn.
