My advice is to try to find a homeless shelter temporarily and start looking for places to live. If you have a job that will work for you long term. What you want to avoid is the pay by the week/month motels. You will end up trapped in the cycle of not being able to move out of them.

Look into Catholic charities. They will help you with everything and some cathedrals do offer help with deposits and rents for places. They may even be able to have you stay in the rectory. Never lose hope because Yahweh never gives you more then what you can handle.

Record all your interactions with the ex-g/f for your safety.

This happens all the time bud, so don't worry about it or think you did anything to cause it. All she needs is an excuse of I'm not happy to make you feel the way you do. Yes, you did get your heart ripped out, doused in gasoline, lit on fire, and all the while she's tap dancing on it. The only person that loves you for who you are is you. Get to know that individual.

It sucks now, man, but give it time. Come to this sub and you’ll change your views and recondition your programmed mind. It helped for me.

I suggest to embrace this feeling. Seriously. Don’t distract yourself...allow yourself to feel the raw emotions that are crushing you. Sit quietly for 5 minutes a day for this. Otherwise, you will repeat the same mistakes over and over again, like I did, until one day you are set free.

While in the paradigm, losing your SO is like losing a significant part of your identity. Now is the time you get to see who you truly are. Go stay with your Dad for a while. Talk with him and let the hurt out. Give yourself time to process what has happened and learn from it. This is an opportunity for you to grow as an individual. A chance for you to become a man without a woman adding her input into what she thinks you should be.

Live your life on your terms. Does it suck? You bet it does! but now is when you get to rise up and see what you are really made of. And if you don't like what you see, then you get to change it. Turn this negative into a positive and see where you can go from here.

Just focus on yourself now and you'll be fine.

Calm the fuck down. You're MGTOW for over a year and this is bothering you. Shit, it should feel like freedom, not a burden. Most of your friends are going to be blue pilled as fuck anyways. Go do your hobby and that should relax your needs. Unless you lost your hobby because you had a GF. Move out and move on.

I'm sorry to hear that!

It is understandable to feel devastated after being dumped. It happened to me too.

The first few weeks I was in survival mode. Finding a new place to live and coping with my job.

It took me some time to heal. But now I wouldn't want to miss the experience. I had the opportunity to learn and to growth, and live is so much better now.

So don't give up! Let the relationship go. With time your pain and anger is going to lessen and your live will be better then before!

Hey dude, things are tough right now but they're about to get a lot better. You're floundering right now because one of the side effects of a breakup for men is being ostracized. You'll rebuild this part of your life over time, and hopefully not put yourself in a position where a woman can separate you from it again.

I went through this also a few years back in my divorce, but I soon took advantage of my freedom to pursue my hobbies and passions. So do what's in your heart - draw, sing, learn languages, skills, build things. listen to your passions whispering in your brain and pursue them one step at a time. Reach out to communities that share your hobbies, etc. You'll soon have lots of cool activities to choose between and a growing circle of friends.

Hey /u/Silphane everything will be juuuust fine. A year from now you'll just look back at this point in your life and just be like "man, that sucks. But, meh" You'll come out of this stronger and wiser than before. The key here, and in many aspects of life is acceptance. Accept that you are depressed and sad, and understand that, hey, it's ok to feel that way right now. Remember that these feelings are only temporary and the first few days and weeks will be hard but will get easier I promise. Accept that the relationship is over and when you are thinking about bad things about the relationship... remember the good times instead, and what you've gained and how you've grown as a person through it. Beware of the obsessive mind, distracting yourself can help. Watch some emotionally intense movies, nothing that will bring you down though. Something tough, something with over-coming struggle. Something to make you say, man, if these people did this, I can handle this break-up no problem.

I had a fiance once. Dated for 4 1/2 years engaged for 8 months. She was all I had at the end of it. Hurt like hell when she told me one day while driving, that she wont be renewing the lease with me, what a way to break the news am I right?! It hurt not because she was particularly terrible during the break up, it was actually as smooth as you could make it really. It hurt me because....she didn't seem to mind. Didn't miss me. I felt discarded and forgotten about. I mean, I at least wanted her to be a little heart broken right? But, when it was over for her, that was it, like a light switch and there were no feelings for me anymore. At least, that's what it appeared. This is also a good time to remind you that you can never truly know what another person is feeling or thinking, so beware of making that mistake because it could make you feel much worse and for no reason!

You got this bro, mostly everyone in the whole world goes through exactly what you are going through right now, all those horrible feelings, we all get through it you can too. But what's life without some pain every once in a while? that would be boring. Struggle makes the man. Act in a way that will make your future self proud. Everything will work out, there's someone out there right now, maybe driving, maybe working, or watching netflix that is BETTER for you than this girl would ever be. And now you have a chance at that. That's something to celebrate.

When you are in pain, turn your attention to others. Your mission today is to do something nice for someone.

Don't spend 5 fucking minutes feeling sorry for yourself or missing her. Go to work, go to school, hit the gym whatever the fuck that it is that you do. Hold your chin up, push your shoulders back and face the world. DO NOT CALL HER. EVER!

Find something that you like to do. You will find a whole bunch of good guys doing that thing. Don't whine about ANYTHING. Just enjoy whatever activity it is that you are doing. Laugh with the guys. Do not jump into another relationship.
