If you hire semi-attractive females with the intention of using their beauty to promote your business, they'll end up fucking your customers. Doesn't matter if your clients are single or married. Your customers will start off with a few jokes here or there with your staff, the girls will giggle, start accidentally showing cleavage because that's just female fashion and they can't control that. Then the whole let's just be friends on Facebook. Meanwhile, your customers are blowing their load inside your female staff.

And after that, these same customers don't wanna see or be reminded of their flings so they stop spending money at your business. Happened to me. It will happen to you. Doesn't matter if it's policy for employees not to be involved with customers.

When a girl wants a dude, she'll make herself available for it. She won't actively pursue him, but boy oh boy will she make him feel comfortable as he chases after her. Plausible deniability.

Tl;dr - female employees will bang your male customers and these customers will not return as they will be reminded that they blew their clamchowder in or around some hole in her skin.

Not hiring women is doable, you just have to do so under the proper pretext.

If you can't discriminate against women on the basis of sex, the legal workaround is women's beloved MUH DEGREE. How? Ask for a college transcript. Take a peek at the list of courses.

"I'm sorry, but we don't hire people who have taken [Gender Studies ][Sociology][Political Science][etc.] classes as we find that such people (never say women) are disruptive to the company's culture and productivity."

Honestly I am kinda thankful I didn't try to be a Blue Pill entrepreneur (i.e One who likes and trusts women). I would have lost my shirt.

But as a Red Pill entrepreneur...just map the business plan out to have Zero Overlap With Female Units.

Worked at this health startup. Left when it became infiltrated with SJW women. They couldn't code so they were put in management positions(wtf). Also the CEO was an idiot who just went to fancy lunches nonstop.

It's hilarious how this #metoo thing has exploded in their faces. They just didn't understand the logical nature of men. I guess they thought we were stupid apes thinking with our penises and not running society. Men many of whom are executives, CEOs, members of the Board of Directors, etc... realize that it's simply not worth the risk to hire too many women. Sure they could go whole hog only hiring women but end up with half the staff leaving or taking maturity leave to have children then leaving anyway. Meanwhile the rest will be demanding days off for periods. And then there's the gossiping and backstabbing. No, they realized that was not an option nor is having women working alongside men which leaves the company open for lawsuits and loss of reputation.

I said it before that I think companies to avoid discrimination lawsuits will hire just enough women and put them in important-sounding positions like assistant manger of social media communication and put them in sections that are away from male colleagues.

Weren't there a few cases of women opening shops with all female employees awhile back? If I remember correctly , they're all out of business now because the women spent so much time backstabbing, gossipping and dramatizing everything that no actual work got done,...

I knew one single guy (old guy) in the 80's who told me once that he would never hire a woman.

I forgot what spurred the conversation, but I won't ever forget it b/c at the time I was blue pill, and stupid af. He even explained what happens when even a single woman enters the workforce and he wasn't having any of that shit. Now, don't you have something better to do?

that was my queue, and even though it was 30+ years ago, he knew. I had to go through countless bullshits b/c I didn't listen, but now I know too.
