How is the man going to prove that she said "yes" in court? Even if the man video recorded her saying "yes", he still has to prove that the video was recorded at the time of the rape accusation. Anything less than having a consent form signed with witnesses and a video recording (to show she is not under duress) is just too risky with this law.

She still needs to prove beyond reasonable doubt that she didn't say yes. Not easy;) Burden of proof is on her, she cant record convo without him agreeing and secretly recording is not permissible in court of law.

They are just trying to scare you and it works on 98% of population.

Recorded consent sent to the cloud and e-mailed for redundancy. Also hard copy on tape.
