Women's struggle with weight shows how useless they are. It's pure science . . . consume less calories then you burn. That's it. You could eat nothing but ice cream and still lose weight as long as you still have a caloric deficit.

Keto & vegan diets are practically idiot-proof as long as you stick to unprocessed foods. I used to eat 2lbs of steak in one sitting and still lost fat.
