What type of qualities will a women give a man who she respects?

No longer respects? She will act disrespectful. Flirt with others in front of you. Text on her phone while watching movies with you. Talk about ex boyfriends in good light amplifying their qualities.

If she respects you she will do none of that BS

Ideally, a woman who respects you will defer to you or be submissive to you (in a relationship especially).

Concrete things include: listening to you without interrupting, trusting you to make your own decisions, being peaceful and content around you, not nitpicking at little things (or anything really, as nitpicking implies finding fault in insignificant things), and she will build you up. Ways of building you up can include doing supportive things for you like, cooking/cleaning for you or other things that may make your life easier.

However, the art of respecting men for their qualities is a dying one. Feminism has taught women that we should be expecting, sometimes demanding, respect from men. Which is actually not even high on the list of things that women need/want from men. It is likely that many women, even if they do respect a man, have no concept of how to show it.

Trust. If she respects you she will trust you. I and my husband trust each other. If he goes out with the guys and I am at work or home busy with something else then we are fine with that. In 14 years I have never looked at his phone, computer, emails... Nothing. If he is having a shit day I will do my best to cheer him up or at least be supportive. I don't text him every 10 minutes while we are not together and I am not jealous. If I don't hear from him and it is an hour past the time he said he would be home I just text him, "Yo, you still alive out there?" If he answers I just say cool. See ya when you get in. We give each other space to be ourselves and we don't micro-manage each other. One time he was two hours late coming back from his parents dropping off the vette for winter storage. It was snowing early that year and I couldn't raise him on the phone. After the 3rd hour I started to really worry. So, I put the chains on my car and headed North. His alternator had gone out draining his battery and his phone was in a dead service area. My poor guy was freezing and not one person had stopped to help him! When I pulled up I jumped out of my car and just wrapped my arms around him. Poor guy felt like an ice pop! He was cold as hell! After that I got him an emergency pack for his trunk with heat wrap blankets and a charger for his phone that didn't require a power source from the car. We also made plans for in the future. If he or I are late more than an hour and we can't raise each other by phone. Start looking. If a girl really likes you she will show it in the little things she does. If he is at work and a storm rolls in I will unplug everything to keep his computers and our TV's from frying. When we first met he loved the fact I would help him detail the car. I noticed how he opened and closed the doors without touching the paint on the vette. So I mimicked his movements. If he isn't well I make him my special hot tea with lemon and honey and serve him food in bed or upstairs in the office. Sometimes it is the little things that make all the difference.
