just a thought, though..

..something like a young man rising, striving, succeeding, becoming a sports/??? monolith, hitting this peak, then hitting hard times, slowly fading/transforming, into homelessness.. ..forgotten, ignored, disregarded.. ..looking upon the world, with great sadness.. ..slowly realizing this world/society cares nothing for his plight..

..maybe something, in there, may help..

Domestic Violence awareness might work in this format.

Man and woman walk down the street. Woman starts getting violent with the man. He falls, he cries, he screams, but he doesn't fight back. People walking by see this... and laugh out loud. If you have dialogue, have these people ask "I wonder what he did to deserve it?".

Finally, have him grab her wrists or push her away, just a little tiny bit of self defense. Woman suddenly beams a big, cruel smile... then bursts into tears. She points a shaky finger at him and cries.

Suddenly a bunch of men come and beat the man bloody. Then those men leave and the police come, and beat him some more. Then they arrest him, and as they drag him away, the women is pointing and laughing at him, tears long gone.

As the police drag the man away, they pass a poster on a telephone pole... "End violence against women".

Man finishes school, becomes programmer

Is praised at work for doing a great job

Gets money, buys house, cool car, attracts women

Marries a woman

Manager at work is getting used to his efforts and is trying to find ways in order for the man to do more in less time (To create this image, use a man in a suit with a stopwatch while looking over the shoulder of the programmer.)

Programmer can't do more work in the same or less time

Burnout, depressed

Gets fired

New (younger) programmer is entering the office while main character leaves the office

Programmer goes home, tells his wife he was fired

Divorce

Man loses everything, sleeps on the street

While surviving on the street he sees a road with a yellow MGTOW sign

Walks to it

Nature, freedom, birds singing

Man builds his own cabin in the woods

Eats fish, fruit & vegetables from nature

Climbs mountain just for fun

Sees his old city where he used to live

WW3, nukes on city

Opens a beer*, enjoying the decline

Doesn't matter if the world ends

At least he made the best of it
