i've only watched force awakens online for free from some pirate site. God it was awful. Yeah CGI were top notch, but I couldn't stand any of the characters, especially Rey. It wouldn't be a lie to say I "endured" it to the end. I am not putting myself through this torture again. And hearing how other movies are worse... fuck no.

Some people say Rogue One was good. I've tried watching it, got 15 min and turned it off. Just wasn't fun for me. And their white tinder thot actress isn't attracting me either.

So I suppose I am part of that toxic fandom. Too bad.

You have a Sci-fi franchise, arguable the largest of all time. It is literally a golden goose. Even the shit the bed prequels pulled in money with half-retarded terrible patios speaking Dog-Catfish people for comedic relief.

I am a MASSIVE Star Wars fan, - not quite to the level of dress up for the premier of the movie and stand in line, but I have been to 2 of the prequel premiers on opening night -I own the BlueRay set - Tshirts, trickets etc. They pulled me away from the franchise kicking and screaming after the force awakens.

Ray is ridiculous - I hear that her Mary-Sueness has reached epic proportions in the latest film that I didn't watch. And Soylo - well that was expected, as no one wanted that film, and they killed the character before putting out his backstory.

It's almost dead, but soon between the over milking by Disney and the feminist/SJW propaganda this franchise will death knell for the final blow. And they will blame us for not lapping up this re-purposed garbage

I remember one interview with Mark Hamill, when someone ask him about if Luke was gay, and he just responded that "Luke is you, he is supposed to be the representation of any fan, so if you are gay it is ok for him to be gay".

Also, you can see the parts of the moves that clearly doesn't have any context or follow a clear goal, instead what we got is a history that doesn't make sense because of all the crap they want to impose, characters that were never mentioned in the universe before now are relevant or in some cases the important part of the universe, I could love to see a dark empire saga rather than this pittinful money grab that intop of all, doesn't even make sense.

I find it funny how Rey is this super powerful character without undergoing the most basic training. There’re so many ways to create a meaningful character. If the goal is to make the protagonist female lead a likable character, there has to be a better way than just giving her unlimited power.

Tho I didn’t mind having Han and Luke both turn to darker path. Reminds me of Logan - our heroes are humans after all. They get brought down by life. They grow old. They lose their flames. And they fall, eventually. It’s sad but quite realistic.
