9 Reasons It’s So Hard to Find a Good Man
To give a little break down.
Hookup culture has taken over. Although I would never knock hooking up, it has replaced dating and even relationships. Men don’t want to be with one woman only, if they have an entire buffet at their disposal.
Yes, men have this endless parade of women standing in line outside their doors. And with so many hookups and choices out there, there's just no need to be monogamous, because I have 19 women waiting in the bedroom right now. Women must not face a similar problem.
People have too many options. While it’s good to have options, it can be bad when there are too many options. At any given moment a guy can sit down at a dating app and immediately have endless options of women from which to choose. Because of that, it’s hard for them to give one woman a shot for more than a hot minute.
As in point one men are the ones that have endless choices. But somehow that doesn't equate to closing a deal. I'm willing to bet that women are more of the problem with the "endless choices" issue.
Lots of guys are holding out for something “better.” It’s a sad thought, but in a world with so many options, people can become immersed in the idea that something better might be just around the corner. Because that’s the case, it’s hard to find a man who wants to commit when they’re thinking that the next woman they meet could be perfect ― whatever perfect is.
So male branch swinging and hypergamy. Male gynocentrism then? Alrighty then. I often trade in one super model for her hotter and richer sister. You know what I mean fellas? You have this perfectly good hot girlfriend, then you bounce her on her ass because you Tinder up to a hotter one 5 minutes later. Rich people problems right?
Marriage is becoming obsolete. Once upon a time, people couldn’t wait to get married. Although it was likely due to the fact that they would finally be able to have sex, the reality is that these days people are in no rush to get married, so therefore, they’re in no rush to get into a relationship or settle down. And if a guy’s friends aren’t married, he sure as hell won’t be the first one to do it.
Well I know I like to ride the pussy carousel until my looks fade and I have to start earning my own money, rather than spending my endless parade of girlfriends' money.
Some men are intimidated by power. In comparison to the past few decades, women are more independent than ever. This success and power, for some reason, can be intimidating for some men who, perhaps, realize that they’ll never be the “man” his female partner is.
No one is afraid of women's power, it's not like they exercise it in any useful way. I mean, if you date a "powerful and independent" woman, that neither translates to her buying me shit, or being her being self-sufficient. She could be a billionaire and I'd still need to go buy something for her.
And where's all that power that could possibly benefit me? Anyone had a girlfriend by them an around the world trip? Thousands of dollars in gifts? If so, you're lucky.
Men don't value power in women anyway, because we know in the end that power is backed by men, and we still do all the work.
Technology has created distance. How can anyone possibly find a good man or anyone at all when we live in a world where technology rules and our most intimate relationships are with our iPhones? We can’t.
Logically wouldn't that make it even easier? Since we have world wide access and global communications, if anything it should be much easier.
The “man-child” is a legitimate problem. A man-child is a just modern day term for a man who suffers from Peter Pan Syndrome: He does not want to grow up. If he grows up, he’d have to become responsible, get his act together, and even maybe find a girl and fall in love. Too many men just don’t want to do that.
So eat that blue pill and marry some liability to spend your money you bastard. Do you duty. I aways love being told to "grow up", by what? I have a job. I have a house. I save for the future. What "growing up" are you talking about? You mean the "misery loves company" mentality of married people trying to get you suckered in too?
Notice how there's never baby-women who won't grow up? Or do we ignore it, because deep down everyone knows women turn into and act like, children in 90% of instances.
Everyone has their baggage. No one is immune to having a rocky past, and sometimes that past can interfere with how that person moves forward ― if they move forward at all. Messy baggage can keep even the great guys in hiding for a long time.
Or, you know, a rational analysis of the benefits and negatives of marriage. Why exactly should I get married?
So far it's grow up because you're a man-child. And be responsible for a woman and be unhappy.
I assume that's a pro?
Being phobic of commitment is accepted. We live in a world where being scared of commitment has simply become the norm. If a man doesn’t want to commit, people are rarely surprised. Since that’s the case, they’ll just keep on skipping out on commitment and sticking to hookup culture, because it’s so accepted.
Ah yes. Blame and shame. You're "scared" to commit. Yeah that's it. It couldn't possibly be that there's simply no need. Or that the product isn't worth buying, or the entire contractual arrangement with the state is a bad business deal.
Nope just men are all children that won't man-up and do their duty to pay for women to sit around drinking wine all day.
