35/40 minutes each way. I drive the back roads and stay off the highway. It is more relaxing. My parents had it made. The worked at the same job all the years they worked and they each had a 5 minute commute.

I'm at about 40 minutes each way. it sucks

Trying to get a transfer/promotion to the big campus down the road from me.

Best thing I ever did in the past was go for a walk during lunch and rent across the street from where I was working :)

typically it's a nice 20 min drive down a forested two lane state road alongside a reservoir (hit only two sets of 4 way along the way).

I work 2 weeks on, 2 off. It is about 5 hours of transit time from work to back home. Used to do 3 weeks on 1 off, it is a tougher schedule to keep up for a long period.

It's either a 40mn drive or a 15mn ride. I'm never ever moving to Paris no matter how much you pay me, I find midsized cities have a fantastic quality of life.
