I'm in a developing country. I'm perfectly happy renting a 1 room studio in front of the water for $500 a month and once my contract runs out I will look for a $300 - $400 studio in the same neighborhood.

There's luxury $120,000 apartments by the water but I decided it doesn't do anything for me. It wouldn't make me feel happier. I'm not even sure if I could get a permanent residency (a lot of mixed answers on the internet). Unless I really want to stay in my city for the next years I would rather be a MGTOW Nomad.
