I've been lurking MGTOW for quite a while throughout my relationship over the past year. I've agreed with a lot of the stuff posted on here, information provided on MGTOW YouTube channels and websites, but have tried to find a fine line between the two to keep that "red pill" mentality.

I went through brutal marriage that almost landed me in prison for a false allegation. Ended the marriage and moved on to take care of myself. My mental health was at an all time low during the recovery time. After quite some time, I decided to try out Tinder, and found a girl that was bubbly/happy and generally positive outlook on life. It appeared I had met the Yin for my Yang as I am a stoic serious person. For many months everything was good. I kept my borders up, but emotionally showed I cared about her. Was hesitant to use the "love" word because I only wanted to use it if I truly felt committed to this person. Things were good.

Then enters in a female friend of her. She started going out drinking every night, deciding that she enjoyed the party life. Would not invite me out because I had told her in the past that I don't like to go out and get trashed. And the distancing started happening. A lot of hamstering, a lot of future questioning on her part, etc.

She broke up with me on our 1 year anniversary on Easter. I talked her down explaining I felt she was being unreasonable and irrational. Things were good for 2 days, and then the same thing. We eventually get back together again and things are great for 2 weeks. Suddenly, through text messages it is over again.

Women are abhorrent. They think of themselves and how they can secure their future. I know she wants a guy that will have a lot of money, which I have years of schooling left to finish, and she wants a life of mediocrity and TRADWIFE shit.

There's a lot more to the story that I am leaving out in regards to the red flags, and the abnormal behavior, but those are all the "I told you so" points. So I just wanted to say I am back on the MGTOW life, and am going to struggle with my mental health for a while and need help dealing with the urge and drive to better myself. Right now I just don't feel like even pushing myself, just existing, but the best course of action is to just MGTOW and be happy. Getting there is the hard part. Any advice?
