I'd go grocery shopping with my ex and it was always over $300

The one time she paid for groceries (I was broke just before payday) was the absolute cheapest shopping trip we ever went on. I think it was just over $100 and I told her as much when we left the store.

Her response? Dead silence

Yes, women still expect men to pay. In fact, studies show that most women won't seriously date a dude who makes less than her.

I've heard some great mental gymnastics, even from feminists swearing by equality, for why men should pay for things. They spend longer getting ready. Pink tax. Wage gap. You know, all the usual buzz words.

She spends it on "life experiences". Women are always fucking talking about how its the most important thing in the world to "experience life before its too late".

I don't know what life experiences they mean though. As far as I can tell, women's life outside work consist of:

getting drunk in clubs (no cover charge, ladies drink free, or guys buy drinks for them)
sitting in cafes drinking wine with their girls, or having all-day breakfasts with their boyfriend and tiny ratdogs (and he will pay the bill)
eating at fancy restaurants (almost ALWAYS the man's treat)
going on exotic holiday destinations (which is inevitably paid for by their daddy or their spouse) unless they've hit the wall and can no longer con men into buying airplane tickets for them, at which point they travel in groups and call it a girl's vacation

Look at their closets and look at their facebook feed.

They blow it all on clothes, eating out every single meal, tons of expensive coffee, vacations galore, yoga, constant entertainment. And they live in apartments or houses that are more expensive because they have to be in the trendy area where all the 'action' is. They seem to put none if it toward their future ever, just living it up, and wait for the man to buy all the necessary things like houses and cars, investments, and retirement.

Umm well from experience i would say they are awful at handling their money.

They see a sale and buy the items on said sale...their money is used for plastic shit she doesnt need....

I saw how my ex bought a brand new iphone when it came out (the 7 i think?) for nearly 900$ bc she got all the bells and whistles.

Yet she was 'too broke to pay her rent' and i helped her out on other bills.

Women also spend their money on clothes sales, shoes sales, furniture sales.

Case in point even my own mother spent her savings 'upgrading her kitchen' 14k down the drain...why? So she could show off her house to her relatives.

women need a provider to build their nest/life, and men need a carer to sooth and support her man so he can "fight the good fight" when it's just both of you against the world.

that is what history evolution and all our hardwired behaviour and leanings has been built around.

feminists have convinced themselves that "caring for your man" is somehow opression and so they have abandoned that social contract yet still expect a sponsor.

I bet everyone of you if given the picture of a mythical ideal girl you would fall in love with its a feminine super sweet and kind girl who is a sort of naive beauty and hidden diamond who thinks you are wonderful and is naive to the horrors of the world.

don't you remember being a kid, like 10 years old and you made your first $20. what happened, did you put that $20 towards your future and save it. fuck no, you spent on the dumbest shit, buy a pack of baseball cards, some ice cream and go see a movie. 1 day its gone. that is women. they are kids and treat money as such.

.....i work in a field that has many well paid females. i love talking to them about their "savings". because literally no woman saves. they don't know how to save, EVEN when men are paying and they make good money.

most of it goes to their looks. makeup and clothes alone can cost millions. i'm a guy and i like shopping for new clothes, shit i can drop $600 on some new outfits like THAT. and men's clothes are easier and cheaper, and have less options. women can literally never run out of new clothes and shoes to buy. every woman has like 400 shoes and each shoe cost $100. you do the math.

A woman doesn't get a $10 haircut, it's a $150 cut, shampoo and color every 5 weeks. Massages, facials, waxing, mani pedi another few hundred dollars a month. The wardrobe is another area; shoes, purses, dresses, seasonal outfits, cute outfits on sale etc. The final one is dining out with her friends. The best cuts of steaks and free- flowing $15 cocktails. Not bad for a stay at home mom of school aged kids. This my friends is the financial warm up for legal fees, child support and spousal support. It's all your fault of course, she just needed more support.

My ex drove me crazy with this. She had a much higher salary than I did, and was complaining all the time that I didn't "treat her like a princess" and take her out more often. Yet when I asked her to pay for a drink or food for me every so often she would always say "it's not tit for tat" like wtf.
