For clarification: everything I am currently still paying for was ordered by the divorce court. My situation is a perfect example of the biased system against men. The divorce was caused by her hiding massive credit card debt twice. The last one was given to me by the judge plus giving her 100% of the house and child support. Child support no problem. She got a $3,400 tax refund. How I have no idea. She works as a teachers aid and has all summer off. She says I should pay the expenses, insurance and car payment for a car she chooses that costs more than the combo of the tax refund and what she gets from selling the van. As you see I told her to take the bus or work all year. Also the child is in her second year in college in California. No children left at home.
