The Method

Summary

Since All Women really Are Like That, they can all be attracted by pushing the same buttons in the right order, if you just know what to do. Natural alphas do this unconsciously, but for learned alphas like you and I, we have to put in a concerted effort to figure this out. This guide is simply one method of doing so that I've solidified through 3 months of practice, illustrated through an FR of last Friday's party when I pulled it off without a hitch. It's split into 7 stages, and can be used as a complete template for beginners, or for the more experienced players you can pick and choose what you need. This is designed for use at house parties, bars or other small gatherings.

The Method

1 Polarise until you catch an IOI
2 Isolate and tease
3 Beat the inevitable shit test
4 Compliance test her in return
5 Disappear
6 Re-isolate and get comfy
7 Make a move

1 Polarise until you catch an IOI

This first step is also the hardest if you're a beginner on the TRP journey. It requires strong frame and a rock hard self-confidence which isn't dependent on what anyone thinks of you, especially the birds you're looking to snag. If you're a recovering nice guy like I once was, the ability to polarise is antithetical to everything you ever thought you should be doing to attract women.

Basically, it's just you doing whatever the hell you want. Whether it's a house party or a bar, just walk into that motherfucker and do you. Boogie it up on the df like nobody's business. Take all your clothes off and jump in the pool. Find a group of girls and do tequila shots. Talk loudly. Always be laughing and telling jokes. Or do none of what I've suggested and do what you think is funny. As long as it's for you and nobody else, you're off to a great start.

The reason we call this polarisation is because your self-pleasing behaviour is so brash that it immediately sorts people into two categories: they become haters because they're jealous, or they love you and suck up because they want you (the AMOG) to like them.

In the case of women in this second group, they indicate their love of you through indicators of interest (IOIs). There are dozens of posts on TRP all about what IOIs are and how to spot them, so I won't go into it here; I'll simply illustrate this first step in my FR. When I arrived to the party I walked straight in, hi-hiving or hugging everyone I saw, put a song on that I liked (do you) and danced by myself for five minutes until people saw how much fun I was having and came and joined me. I left to go do shots in the kitchen, and walked outside and started chatting to a group of girls. My target was in the group, and is someone I had known for a while, since before TRP, and she was taken aback by the way I was behaving. Sure enough, like clockwork, her IOI came in the form of her taking off my bucket hat and putting it on herself, smirking at me, and walking off. She had taken the bait. On to step 2.

2 Isolate and tease

I followed the girl -let's call her Tracy- down into the backyard where she had gone with my hat. This part is all about narrowing down your polarising behaviour from it being on display for the whole party and focusing it on your target. The simplest way to put this is: be a dick and amuse yourself.

Tracy slightly tripped as she was walking down the steps so I grabbed the cup from her hand and held it out of her reach, saying: "no more for you." I told her that I'd overheard a bunch of girls saying that she was dressed hideously, "but don't get angry at me, I'm just the messenger."

The push and pull principle works great here, where you switch between giving her lots of attention and giving her none, which puts her on an emotional roller coaster which will have her addicted to you. I tried to grab my hat back and used it as an excuse to close distance and brush her arm with my hand, then I turned away and called out to someone else, completely ignoring her for a minute while she stood looking at me, waiting for me to return my attention to her.

In this situation she had already isolated herself and invited me to follow by taking my hat, but if you aren't this lucky, a simple "come dance," or going for a smoke if you both smoke, will do the trick. The way you isolate doesn't matter as long as it's successful, and from there the teasing can begin.

3 Beat the inevitable shit test

This next step will be initiated by her. If you've been successful so far, she'll see you as an alpha that she wants to get with and, given AWALT, she'll shit test you to test if you're really worthy of this great privilege (/s). Why women shit test, the different forms of shit tests and ways of replying to them have been covered by far better men than I, so I'll just direct you to OmLaLa's 'The Shit Test Buster Game: Round 1' and Rollo Tomassi's 'Acing The Test' if you want to know more about the basics of this.

For me it's not about rehearsing lines or trying to spot shit tests when they come, it's more about adopting a mindset of seeing women as like children and swatting away their childish games with a cocky-funny attitude. It's genuinely amusing when a girl shit tests me. It's like a 6-year-old girl telling her dad that she can do more push ups than him.

Tracy threw a couple of shit tests at me while we were round the side, the biggest of which was when she told me that my friend I'd brought to the last party was hot and I should give her his number. I looked her right in the eye, gently squeezed her hand with mine and said: "Okay." The difference between what I was saying and what my eyes were telling her was turning her on like crazy.

4 Compliance test her in return

Now that you've beaten her initial shit tests, she should be really digging you at this point. All you've gotta do is give her a chance to show this. I'm a big dancer, so my go-to at this party was waiting until a banger came on (think it was one of them new Drake tings) and wordlessly putting down my drink, grabbing her round the waist and starting to dance where we were in the backyard. She laughed, embarrassed but loving it, and I just smiled at everyone sitting around looking at us.

An alternate way of testing her is turning the conversation sexual, an idea explained excellently by starting_oveRP in his recent post 'How I've Learned to "Shit Test" Women'. Really, anything that makes things more explicitly sexual between the two of you, either physically or verbally, is what you're looking for. Let her know who's boss, and let her know you're not afraid to get what you want.

5 Disappear

This is essentially the push and pull principle turned nuclear. Right after you've started compliance testing her and making things sexual, you just leave. You walk off. I had just seen a friend of mine enter the party, and I left Tracy standing alone on the lawn to hang with my mate. Doing this lets her know in no uncertain terms that you don't need her to have fun tonight, and it also escalates her fluctuating emotional state even further. Trust me, this drives her crazy. For some of you guys out there who write posts like "I'm doing everything right but I still can't get the close," this might be the step that you're missing. You have to do everything right with the girl, then disappear to let her know that you don't give a fuck what she thinks.

6 Re-isolate and get comfy

Your disappearing trick can last from 5 minutes to a couple of hours, and you can even start up a second set with a new girl and get with her all while being between stages 5 and 6 of your first doob. With Tracy I waited for about 20 minutes, which I find to be a good sweet spot, before walking up to her where she was with her friends, taking her by the hand and leading her away to a secluded area round the side.

Once you've got her all to yourself, you want to sit down first and firmly indicate that she's to sit in some cute little configuration with you, either by patting your lap or taking her hand and gently pulling her down next to you with your arm around her. Start toning down the sexual talk and start to build comfort, get all #RealTalk with her and let the conversation flow naturally.

There are no lines to rote learn here to get good at this, once again it's all about the mindset. You have to be genuinely and whole-heartedly interested in who this girl is, ask the questions you want to ask, learn what you want to know. Someone having a genuine interest in who she is will be a nice change of pace for her, and it'll raise comfort levels, making her a lot less nervous about getting with a guy she's only just met if that's the case.

Steer the conversation towards topics that are fun for the both of you; travel, pets, stories about your most trashed nights out. Keep it light hearted, but don't have so much banter that you come across as disingenuous.

7 Make a move

By this time, if you've followed the whole method through correctly, you'll have attracted her by polarising, teasing and beating her shit tests, established dominance through setting a compliance test, left her wanting more by disappearing and made her comfortable being around you by being a good listener. If you have trouble working up the confidence to make a move, listen to me right now:

It is a crime not to go for the kiss at this point. You've spent the whole night working up her emotions to the point where she desperately longs to get with you, she just needs you to make the move. It would be rude of you not to do so.

So just do it. You don't need an excuse. She can be mid-sentence for all I care. Touch her gently round the waist, lean in and kiss her. She wants you to.

Conclusion

So there you have it. My 7-step, tried and tested method to a guaranteed pull. Of course once this has been achieved, getting her upstairs or back to your place is a whole other ball game.
