I read Athol Kay's book, Married Man Sex Life and he is spot on. In a marriage or LTR you must exhibit some beta traits, such as providing income, child rearing, helping around the house, or else the woman will be too uncomfortable in the long run and leave the marriage or LTR. I've witnessed couples spending their whole lives together. Cheating is inevitable for both members of the relationship, especially when their lifestyle involves living away from each other for long periods (ie: sailor husband, band members going on concerts, etc.)

Monogamy is not in the human nature. That is all. Relationship does not mean monogamy. It's usually a form of transaction and can be a form of partnership if the fundamentals are in place on both sides. As long as both individuals fulfill each other's needs, it works. This however requires both individuals to be mentally mature and healthy, which is a problem. Rarely in Western societies are people both mentaly mature and healthy, that is uncommon even on single individuals. We live in societies in which women resort to artificial beauty enhancements (from make-up to surgery) and men to artificial status enhancements (PUA technics).

What most people refer to as the "cock carousel" is just the quest of women to find the best partner they can... which is the exact same thing men do.

My point is... either you bitch about "women this" and "women that" or you go and make yourself someone women want to spend their lives with, preferably with women you want to spend your life with. It doesn't HAVE to be your whole lives.

Maybe a hyper slut with an n count of 60 would do this, but not a girl who has been screen for good LTR material. I.e. partner count below 5, Low emotional volility, low vapidity, it's not going to happen. Even those are extremes. If you are trying to LTR a girl from a sorority, or a girl you met in the club or bar, or a girl who will go out at night without you, then obviously she is enough of a slut to cheat. I'll be frank, girls who are really worth LTR's are rare. But they do exist. Even if she is not perfect for one, you can still find the optimal one ( to a point).

Another point, you cannot be just an alpha with masculine polarity. You have to be creative or funny. Basically anything that keeps her entertained. But this really comes from being truly confident and thus truly alpha.

An LTR is hard, because you have to always be on your game, but your game must be nuanced and subtle. Or else it is obvious that you are overcompensating and are either a dousche bag or a jealous bitch.

Perhaps you have to be an actual, born alpha to succeed in an LTR, and continually remind yourself of TRP lest you be degraded to a beta.
