That's what makes being a rapist so cool, gender is a social construct so there is no such thing as male or female and that means it's IMPOSSIBLE to "sexually assault" a female.

Remember, female is a social construct, so a man can't rape a woman, because men are also social constructs. This also works great if you're a racist because race is also a social construct and we're all equal and NOBODY is superior so all the colord folk can't be held back by "the man" because there is no man, or woman, or race....

I agree with the sentiment even if you are technically wrong. The depiction on the right is actually sex.

From it's inception "gender" has always been a bit of bullshit theory within the psychology community. What I find more interesting is how it made its way into mainstream culture disguised as a synonym for sex.
