Summary: We have a tendency to pedestalize the college experience. Not only does the blue pill do it, but we do it here on the red pill as well. College is as good as it gets, you will never be around as many hot girls ever, things will never be this "easy", and you know how it goes. Well, I am going to tell you why most of that is bullshit and why things actually get better.

"It will never be this good ever again!"

First lets get this out of the way, for most guys, college has its advantages. A college degree, with the right major, can get you that nice paying job. Yes, it is true that you will be around a lot of girls that are young and physically fit girls who are single. This will also be a time of your life when you do a lot of free time with little to no responsibility, which means you can experiment with drinking and partying for the first time ever.

But now lets talk about why college is overrated.

"You will never be around this many hot girls ever again!"

Yes, because you know, sorority sisters are like the best looking girls on the planet right? It's funny how we change our narrative so fast without even noticing it. On one hand, the typical bottle blonde western chick with a nice body (most "hot girls" on an American college campus) is overrated and no match for good looking foreign women but on the other hand, a setting loaded with those girls is pretty much the apex for housing hot girls.

It's true, if you move back home to your boring town after college, it will never be better. On the other hand, move to a major international city and live in a centrally located apartment there. Go travel abroad, you will find a higher concentration of 8s and 9s in some European cities than you ever will at a school like USC. You're losing your abundance mentality for no good reason.

Go work at a popular nightclub or a popular bar in a major city, you will see way more hot girls there than you would at most college campuses.

B-b-b-b-but it won't be as easy! You won't get to form bonds with them and shit.

Lets be honest, unless you were an athlete or a fraternity brother in a top fraternity house on campus, getting hot girls in college was far from easy. Just because they lived in the same dorm as you and ate in the same dining halls does not mean that you were an option. Most of college game was based on popularity and status, this means that the frat boy got the girl over you even if he didn't look as good or had as much game. Girls were constantly under the microscope from the tight knit social circle full of protective female friends, beta orbiters, white knights, and guys wanting to get with them.

Being around a lot of 18-21 year old girls looks good on paper but when you actually see it play out, it is actually not that great at all. You see how so many are stuck in a high school mindset, how tight knit social hierarchies based on what fraternity you're in form, and how it becomes hard to game these girls as they are constantly surrounded by their possessive friends.

If you are one of the few who is really good at playing the popularity game and handing the drama that comes with it, college is as good as it gets, other than that, it is highly overrated. Throw in the rape hysteria and college sucks even more these days.

So work on that SMV, you're not missing out on that much.

Seriously, most of college fun is really just

1 - Going to house parties where you drink shitty liquor.

2 - Guys and girls standing on certain ends at the house parties where the guys are too shy to approach the girls.

3 - The group of girls consisting of many 6s, some 7s, and that one 8 or 9 all guys want but are constantly trying to fight to get.

4 - Kids with the high school mindset who judge everything you do, one wrong move and you go down the social ladder, making it hard to get hot girls.

I will be talking about HOW the game gets better and easier after college next.

Be on the lookout for that thread!

Lessons learned:

1 - College is far from the time of your life where you will be around a lot of hot girls. Unless stuckup sorority sisters from suburbia (aka "white girls") are your thing, it only gets better after college.

2 - Just because you're in an area with a lot of 18-21 year old girls does not mean shit. You can eat at the same dining halls as them or live in the same dorms but unless you're that football player or rich frat boy they've been gunning for, you're invisible.

3 - With the way college status works, most guys with objectively high SMV (good looks and game) still lose out to the popular guy because he happens to be in a certain frat.

4 - College is highly overrated, in everything, keep working and I promise you that better avenues exist after it.
