My bother looks identical to my father and has my grandfathers (mother’s side) height. I’m shorter I got my height from my father and look more like my grandfather, but I have many inherited health traits from my father.

I've read that height can come from any of your 4 grandparents and/or either side of the family.

I recently was looking through some the stuff my dad passed down to me from his dad. He had his WW2 draft card. The army measured him at 5'5" before deploying him to Japan. My dad (when he was younger) was 5'7 or 5'8". I'm 5'6". Thanks grandpa.
