I remember years ago there were 5 women in my 2nd level C++ class (of 30 people.) The instructor expected a solid understanding of the language and had fairly difficult assignments almost immediately. I remember one of the females being completely destroyed between the eyes over a basic insertion sort function. Just couldn’t grasp basic sorting techniques much less the idea of recursion. Within 10 days, all but one of the women dropped the class.

I wondered to myself how the hell they got past 1st level, but then I realized how many helpful young cucks line up each day to gladly help females figure out assignments...

These women likely went on to other careers, only to turn around and protest the lack of women in IT.

Guy i work with had a mate doing IT about 3 years ago and he said there was a "women in IT" scholarship and some of the ladies got a female student mentor to help them out free of course and one lecturer told the class that the women in the class will have no trouble getting a job cos IT companies want female IT staff

To make it funnier in their recruitment forms they have a clause that states that they do not discriminate against: every attribute possible. Yet they clearly favor women over men.

I love that there is a shit storm because of this.
