So my coworker and I were having a beer after work and we were talking about health insurance. He says he's kind of worried about what's going to happen after the repeal of the ACA because (can't believe he told me this) they pay for his and his wife's HIV meds. I was surprised as they both seem really healthy (amazing what modern medicine can do) and curiously asked if they were both infected before they met. What I heard made me more angry than I have ever been. Turns out a few years after they were married she ended up cheating on him. She claims it was only one guy, but yeah right. Ended up getting infected and passed it along to my coworker. I'm disgusted that he actually stayed with her and didn't attempt to get her ass thrown in jail or even have her disposed of but they have a kid (negative, thankfully) who means the world to him so he's kind of stuck.

But yeah, he pays huge monthly insurance premiums since his insurance pays thousands and thousands of dollars a month for the filth she picked up by being a slut. The fact that she hasn't met the firing squad is an injustice and I hope once the kid is grown he can get some sweet revenge.
