Women worry about turning 30 because their fertility declines. For a man its no big deal. I am 46 now. I only started to notice ageing when I was around 40, and it was minor things like taking longer to recover from a night out rather than any kind of watershed in my life. On the other hand I am more experienced, knowledgeable, successful and content now than I was in my 30s so what you gradually lose in youthful energy you make up for in other ways. Also, as you get older you lose interest in chasing women and sex, which makes the mgtow thing easier than it must be for a young guy who is desperate to get laid all the time. Overall I'd say that if you develop yourself and your career as time goes by then middle age is ace.

I’m 36. I discovered MGTOW last summer (2017) after a devastating breakup that ruined me emotionally.

I am actually enjoying this new perspective on life. Taking the red pill was very difficult but very much needed. It showed me the true nature of women and when i applied that knowledge to all my past relationships it all made sense.

Now, I’m just pumping and dumping and trying to make money. I’m more of a sigma than an alpha, so i don’t really care about being super wealthy or in charge.

Life is much easier it seems now.

*I would say I'm happier and more satisfied than I've ever been. I'm 68 now, in very good health and MGTOW for about 35 years . I'm pretty much financially secure, live by myself and am free to pursue my interests and hobbies, which are gardening, house restoration, bee keeping, cooking and reading. It's been cold here, -3 this morning, and I haven't gone out since last Friday, but have been busy building bee hives for next spring, baking bread, cooking & spoiling my dogs. Overall have a satisfying life where I'm not lacking anything or need to worry much.
*I was miserably married for a long time and have a 44 year old mentally disabled daughter which I worried about a lot, but she's settled in a good group home now, and financially provided for. I'm mostly free from fear which I had a lot when younger, mostly from living through the things I was afraid of. Much of my happiness is due to circumstances and luck, rather than my own efforts.

I'm about to turn 31, I make decent money and work as a project manager in construction. I get 4 weeks off every year and usually go on 4 week long trips, one every quarter. I'm on track to retire by 48, and currently looking to pick up some hobbies with my free time. I was thinking of taking flying lessons. Depending on how you spent your 20s, your 30s and 40s will be your most amazing years.

It doesn't get easier. You get stronger.

In the last four years, dedicated to career and achieving financial security, I went from being homeless and with 40k in debt, to debt free, great job with amazing benefits and rock solid job security.

I own my own home and land in the country. A lot of guns. A lot of hobbies. A great dog. Friends, family and community. No women in my life and I keep the ones in my social and work circles at arm's length.

If I can do it, you can do it.

I'm 34. Never married, no kids. Sometimes, it gets lonely, but I look back on my LTRs and realize that they're a fucking pain in the ass.

On the flip side, I'm a great computer engineer who gets to travel the world. I have several great hobbies. I make great money. Because of my job, I get huge amounts of airline miles, free hotel stays and tons of perks that I can use just for me.

I have enough money to cover my bills, live comfortably and still have enough disposable income to do pretty much whatever I want and I have no one to check in with to see if it's okay.

Above all else, I have peace and quiet. As I get older, I feel more and more like peace and quiet is the ultimate joy. I can sit in silence, read a book, sip some tea and lose myself for however long I want. And it's glorious. Absolutely glorious!

Only gets better since you've rid yourself of the biggest problem in you life, needy women. The real fun begins around forty when the single never married and or divorced woman go into panic mode.

You then become the hot property and when you're MGTOW it is even more fun ignoring the old bats.

Man...you should occupy your mind and your life with stuff you have always wanted to do. I'm 51 and between keeping fit, helping my sons become men and doing stuff I've always wanted to do...scuba diving, parachuting (not that tandem shit), playing video games, travelling...and between all that cool stuff...you work to make the money to do all that stuff--whatever floats your boat.

Mate, life is whatever you make it, especially when you’re MGTOW, so it’s really up to as to whether life gets better after 30 for you.

For me, my life is awesome! I’m 45 now and I have no wife, kid, girlfriend etc to waste my time and money on shit I don’t want. Sure I’d have loved to have had kids and found the right person etc, I even thought I’d found my unicorn, but in the end true female nature came to the fore and she walked out on me after 2 years of telling me how happy she was every day. Things were difficult at first, but I put my energy into multiple hobbies and life just keeps getting better. Even at my age I still get hot women as young as 18 asking me for sex, but i honestly can’t be bothered with all their bullshit.

Tl:dr Life is what you make it so make your life after 30 awesome because it’s in your hands. :)

Much, much happier since I early-retired in my forties (could not have done without MGTOW lifestyle). I'm not a bullshitter. I would tell you if it sucked. This has been the happiest time of my life so far, and I'm still fit and in good health and many years from traditional retirement age.

If you have any kind of decent paying professional job, live in the smallest apartment or house you can stand, drive the simplest and cheapest vehicle you can stand, wear cheap clothes, eat cheap food, etc. Google "lazy portfolios" and save and invest like a madman.

Above all, stay slim and fit. You don't want to be a sick old man when you get there.

Some things are better with getting older, and some things are worse. However, I would say that overall things are better with getting older.

I've been mostly MGTOW for about ten years now. During that time, I have greatly moved forward in my career, I have paid off a lot of debt, I have saved a lot of money for the future, and I have had many great experiences, some shared with friends and family. My confidence is at its greatest point in my life -- I am finally at peace and feel like I understand my place in this world. I bought most of the fun stuff that I always wanted -- music collection, stuff like that. I basically ran out of things that I wanted to buy! I have seen a lot of the world, and done many fun activities that I never would have guessed that would have been in my future. I keep learning about the world and am probably the smartest that I've ever been, as well as have the most skills that I've ever had.

I could quit traveling right now and probably be satisfied with what I have seen in my life, and it's nice to not have to wait until retirement to do fun things. I also have saved enough money that I would probably be just fine if the economy went bad.

Maybe the most important thing to me is that I feel like I have done some good things for the important people in my life, the people who have always been loyal to me. Unlike how the women that dated me treated me overall, the people that I help now are my true friends. And the things that I have done for them are probably the things that I am most proud of.

The only bad part is that I've physically slowed down a bit, but one of my plans is to work on that more. Nobody's perfect, and this is one of my challenges, I guess.

Before I went MGTOW, I probably would have considered not being in a romantic relationship to be a failure too. But it seems like so much of the positive things that I have in my life are helped along by my being single. I have to admit that it's kind of funny thinking that none of the many women, that I would have like to have dated during my dating years, saw me as worth having a real long-term romantic relationship with, but, if they had, I would have shown them so many amazing experiences. Those women will probably never know what they were so quick to turn down. But hey, I just looked like some regular guy, so I guess maybe that was the only thing that was important to them? It's hard to miss the dating world, after leaving it behind so many years ago, when I think about how unfairly I feel like the dating world treated me.

For a MGTOW, if you're no longer worried about attracting women, I'd say the main bad side about getting older is exactly that: the getting-older stuff that you would expect. You're going to start looking older and older. You've got to get used to that. The good news is that that really doesn't matter much if you aren't into dating. It's arguably harder for some of us to stay in shape -- so you have to keep trying at that. If you've got unlucky genes, you may find yourself having to treat typical middle-aged health stuff, which can be annoying.

Psychologically, there is the recognition that one simply isn't one of the young adults anymore. This can be tough because one also sees older friends and relatives get really old and sick. My belief is that the sooner that one can make peace with that this is just how the world works, the better. I think it's helpful for everyone to be prepared for the day that they too could be the really old person.

So, my advice is just keeping doing the best you can, work and save money, be smart and try to avoid making mistakes that waste your time and money in life. And fit in some fun, here and there, too. Make peace with your place in the universe. Try to keep moving toward your goals. Don't pretend that you can't get older -- accept that is part of life and be prepared for it. Hope this all helps.

Mid-40s here. It's awesome. AWESOME. I'm 17 again, but with a driver's license and money. The greatest thing in the world is to be the king of your castle, I'll never care if the castle is empty - I'm not going to be ordered around or lose sleep worrying if a partner is going to bail when I'm 60. Not happening. I have time to be a productive member of my community and pursue anything I want. I don't get yelled at or whined to about going to weddings (I never go to weddings. EVER.) Just my opinion, when you sign the marriage contract the mechanism for checks-and-balances in a relationship are destroyed - a guy is on the hook for everything and a woman can fly a helicopter through the Lincoln Tunnel and get away with it. It depends on your personality, everyone's different, but for me I just don't understand the tactical advantage of a marriage contract. I can accomplish my life goals several times faster by being single.
