It's going to be 3 years for me in a couple months.

It's actually pretty easy for me, never had a big libido to begin with. Over the years, i also realized that most of women i've had sex with, i wasn't totally attracted to them but felt the societal pressure to have sex with them, as if you're turning down sex you must not be a real man, or gay.

So for me, the MGTOW movement is a lot about letting go. It's not a resistance, or a reaction. It's just floating away from the bullshit. And unless you're so attractive that women are throwing themselves at you, getting a woman to have sex with you will include dealing with bullshit.

So once you get that momentum of not having sex going, it gets better and better as time goes by. You get some times when you're hornier than usual, so you jerk off more, but other than that, the benefit of not having to deal with the bullshit outweighs everything else.
