Call me out if I'm wrong, but the general consensus I've seen among the most respected members in TRP is that porn and video games are fine in moderation.

Both can hinder your motivation to do things in the real world - video games give a false sense of accomplishment, porn can fuck with your sexual performance and hunger for getting women.

MGTOW is more open. While there can't be a TRP alpha that jerks it to porn twice a day, and plays video games all day and night there can be that type of guy going his own way.

Porn messes up your sex drive and rewires it. As for video games I just finished playing some games and am very re pill. There's no end to the things that you can do when you delete women from your life. That is to say nothing about the extra cash you have on hand.
