When I came to Red Pill I had a lot of strong opinions on what kind of content should be written and how everyone else sucked dick. But at the end of the day there is nothing you can do to change what others do. You can only control what you do.

Produce the content that you want to see. You will learn a lot about human nature and improve your writing skill.

I wish there was a way to entirely restrict main posts to approved posters or have it go to a mod queue for approval.

There's a lot of new people here and that's great... but like every other sub on reddit that grows to a point, the quality content gets washed away with the generic garbage that everyone wants to contribute because they suddenly have a voice and an opinion.

Either the mods need to start getting way more strict about content, or people need to start downvoting / calling out shitty posts more often.

There's been a decline in the number of posts from the endorsed contributors as well (barring some of the ones that just love to see their own typing).

There are a few types of posts here that bother me, generally they are anecdotal posts that simply hate on women, and the top comment is something about "getting what they deserve" or "see guys, never get married."

It's masturbatory at best. What did I learn from that post? That one woman was a bitch? You could write the same types of posts about individual men with your own set of made up stereotypes. We're here to prepare ourselves for real, pervasive trends that present among the vast majority of the female population. I'm talking about hypergamy, entitlement, branch swinging, trickle truth, etc... Maybe you found an example of that, but if the only thing you can take from the story is, "women are bitches, don't marry them," then all you're doing is patting yourself on the back and giving yourself another excuse as to why you're not getting what you want out of your relationship with women.

I've been guilty of making these posts in the past (granted I at least tried to give a meaningful takeaway), but leave reddit alone for a while and you'll start to see which types of posts actually help you live a better life.

This sub doesn't need to get more "alpha" or less "beta." That's fucking bullshit, and we all know that half the guys parading around as jacked alphas fucking your girlfriend are losers either lying or delusional about their status in society. So we don't need more of that. We need directed posts discussing real, prominent phenomena, supported by data or at least agreed upon collective experience.

Depends on the woman. Depends on the effort required. Deciding to walk away (that big card at the bottom of our deck that creates the very foundations of dread) is based upon being able to make a call on a situation that says "the sex here with this woman just isn't worth it."

Essentially the sub ebbs and flows. It floats from one extreme to the other when the answer is somewhere in the middle. It was only about a month ago I was tempering guys who had sex at the top of their list of life goals and achievements. They had it top of their list of needs as a basic necessity in their life. Obviously that's not the way any more than being an incel or abstinence is the way forward unless you're looking to become a buddhist monk. Now all of a sudden we've got the opposite problem. However they both come from the same thing... most of the guys on here can't grasp nuance. They can't reconcile complex, conflicting ideas. So they pick a side and let their emotions take over.

My buddy /u/CopperFox3c summed it up well:

It is a fine line between pursuit and pedestalization. The former is the result of achievement and the desire to achieve, while the latter is typically the consequence of the failure to achieve.

Not enough people understand that subtle nuance of difference between the two ... and they often get themselves into negative situations because of it. Or accept things or behavior that would otherwise be unacceptable.

I think the issue is that after taking the pill, the longest phase for most people is anger. Its also the easiest phase to get stuck in, imo.

People like to feel like they aren't the only ones going through the frustration they are going through. People also upvote posts that they can relate to.

TRP has always been equal parts education, self-help, motivation, and support group.

My suggestion to those that need to vent the anger and frustration at their situation would be to take to [redacted] the subs that cater specifically to those frustrations which I unfortunately cannot link from this sub

There needs to be a red pill standard for each post. It would seem that a lot of people on here are just cry babies. The anger phase is supposed to end sometime bro(s). Sorry but I don't see how believing women aren't worth it is "blue pill". I think people here are starting to really stretch the meaning of that term to mean anything they dislike. You're also lumping together guys disinterested in women with guys who can't get women.

Trying to fuck women is a valid strategy. Believing women aren't worth effort is a valid strategy. I don't see the problem. Not everyone really cares about going to bars every night to use their "game". If PUA is your thing then that's nice but it isn't really what TRP was ever entirely about.

My own understanding of TRP is that it's a blueprint of social evolution. It's way more than just about sex, it also relates to economics, friendships, career, finances, politics, physical training and much more. If anything TRP is a modern philosophy. So to align it with PUA is myopic. If anything I think the people changing this sub in a negative manner are the aggressive PUA trolls.

I get what you are saying. But when you think about it, it is pretty cringe to devote an entire subreddit to trying to learn how to succeed with women. Pretty apparent when one of higher voted posts is a revenge fantasy circle jerk about a single mom suffering her poor decisions. While a revenge fantasy can be entertaining to read there is way too much SEE! SEE!.. I TOLD YOU SO! going on right now. Men should be concentrating on themselves, their journey, and how to improve all aspects of their life, not some self-validating circle jerk. When I see well written, well thought out posts that actually address improvement there are few comments and up-votes, it seems that a lot of readers reactions to these posts that speak to an honest truth is fear and denial. Men or "potential men" don't want to hear that theories like "performance of burden", "men pursue, women choose", "women don't love like you want", "always be improving", etc. is a lifetime commitment.

However recently the posts I'm starting to see are either low quality or has nothing that to do with sexual strategy.

Yep. Saw the sub change so I threw a few posts out there too. I've said it before but basically the information is there. TRP and the top posts are stored here to be viewed for all time, pua exists (at least rsd does, tyler puts out that fungshui shit that I vibe with at east.)
