This bill will get thrown out, just like 99% of laws that try to benefit men even 1% more than they benefit women.

Our only shot of legal reform under the current system is we rally behind the trans community. Our best shot is that the trans people can make the ability to just randomly declare whatever fucking gender you want into a mainstream idea, then regular men can just declare themselves to be female, and we can thanos snap away the last 100 years of feminism. Because when everyone is a "female", no one is a female.

I know someone that basically went through, "Yeah we know you're a good guy, you pay everything on time, you've done everything right, and she's the one that cheated and left -- but she's asking for 80% custody now so tough luck." I suspect the court system does that to pad lawyers' pockets more than anything.
