This is great

a) It will further enforce the "Golden Child" special protected status of the ~~violence-by-proxy~~ softer gender. The woman who posted on Tinder was not threatened. It seems that the most threatening thing the accused stated was:

"You know the best thing about a feminist they don't get any action so when you rape them it feels 100 times tighter."

This was not a direct threat to anyone in particular and while his speech was not pleasant, if this statement was made in the U.S., it would probably fall under the protections of the First Amendment.

Does Australia have a guarantee to freedom of speech? If so, why would this not fall under this freedom?

I'd say something about freedom of speech and taking up arms and all that, but even here in the states this kind of shit is happening and we fail to stop such things.

Perhaps in the future it will be illegal for women to blatantly ignore every nice long written letter by men just because they're uglier than the users standard. Think we can get some manginas with shitty painted T-shirts to campaign for it? They can hashtag #NotInvisible. Here in canada the charter of rights and freedoms is the supreme law of the country. Anything contrary to the charter is void. I would presume (although presumption is never good) that it's the same in other so called democracys! But I have also noted that the legal world does not like to prosecute females because "it might discourage others from coming forward!" Yeah? I would hope so! This is why I advocate learning to handle your own affairs. I have yet to see this divorce court nonsense face and withstand a charter challenge here in canada! Australia is a commonwealth country. They should be set up the same way!

A prominent lesbian politician has denounced him for encouraging "gender violence". I like that. It seems only one gender is required to watch what it says.
