I didn't read that thread but the answer to why the suicide rate is higher for men is so fucking obvious to anyone who can just be honest with themselves.

Women don't think as deeply as men. They don't have existential crises. They take everything at face value. They're like children. It's like asking why the suicide rate among adults is higher among kids.

I'm not even saying that's a bad thing. I'd love to have a one track mind. In a sense I'm a bit envious of women in that aspect.

nobody of quality with stuff going on in their lives would, so you end up with the place being run by awkward loser dropouts.

being a mod is a shame not a pride thing, as it makes a statement about you and your lifestyle.

so of course you get mangina betas desperate to try and get recognition from what they think are their peers.

the less popular the subreddit the less applicable this is, but its always somewhat applicable.

(the only exception is something so niche that you have to be a mod because you need the community for your real life hobby, like stand up jetskiing or something like that)

Reddit mods are full of shit, but i think this is a bad example. They already had quality comments so grabbing more soapboxes is moot essentially.

It is the quivalent of burning books. Muh free speech includes saying stuff that other people dont like. That is not harassment, that is an unpopular opinion which has every right to be stated. This is harassment and borderline rape now and hurts muh feelz and thus has to be banned and punished. Facebook works the same way. If you have some reach on your facebook account and write any unpopular FACTS about women or the press or politics you will be banned.
