About 20% of this is personal liquid assets, the rest is my share of the ownership in the company's value. I broke up with a crazy ex about a year and a half ago, started a company a year ago. 16 hour days for about 6 months straight and love every second of it. Company is worth a little less than $4m now with no debt. It was my dream to do this. I grew sick of working for others where I couldn't execute my ideas. So I said fuck it, I'll execute them myself, nothing is holding me back now. So I did... and I can honestly say that this would have never happened if I didn't decide to go my own way. Live for you brothers!

Since you have mentioned "Smoking cessation" I hope you are not doing something that seems to be common in the Vapor shop industry, not paying taxes such as state sales tax or employee's income tax, my former boss will be getting the IRS pinch soon since he withheld money from every paycheck and the IRS has nothing, and I have not received a W2.
