Absolutely spot-on this post, best to take the safe route if dating and don't ever get involved with single moms because they are pretty much the same in every western country. It's like going to a car dealership: would you pay the same for a let's say 2006 520BMW or 2012 520 BMW?

I can attest to this first hand, I married one. Her daughter never did like me even thought her bio dad abandoned them shortly after she was born. Now we're divorced and the daughter absolutely hates me. She forgot all the things I've done for her and the money I spent on her over the years, braces, private school tuition, computer, car, etc.

Worse than this is the fact that a lot of single moms who had children early in their lives (20 or younger) never really grew up. They're in a state of perpetual adolescence.

My ex was a single mom with adult children. Her kids in their 20's, were 100x more dependent than if they were toddlers.

Never. Ever. Effing. Again.
